Delete Your Account

Podeo and Podeo Talk - account and data deletion

You can delete your Podeo or Podeo Talk account and your data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: Delete in the app

• Open the Podeo or Podeo Talk app and sign in.
• Go to Settings (in Podeo Talk: Settings, then Delete account).
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately. If you change your mind, you can restore it by logging back in within 30 days.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you cannot open the app, email support@podeo.app from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Podeo account". We will confirm and delete it for you.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, handle, photo) and your sign-in details.
• Your comments, likes, saved videos, follows and blocked accounts.
• Your chat messages and call history.
• Videos you uploaded, if you are an approved creator.
• Your notification addresses (device codes used for notifications and incoming-call alerts).

What we may keep

Reports you submitted and moderation records may be kept longer where needed to protect the community or to comply with the law.

How long it takes

After 30 days, your account and the data above are permanently removed.
